Cancellation/No Show Policy
*24hr notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments.*
*All cancellations/reschedules made less than 24hrs prior to scheduled appointment time will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.*
*Client will be given a 20 minute grace period from scheduled appointment time, to arrive. All clients more than 20 minutes late will be required to reschedule and pay the fee.*
*All no-shows will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost.*
*I agree to keep a valid credit/debit card on file at all times and agree to automatic e-payment should a fee occur.*
*In the event of rescheduling within 24hr or in the event of a no show/cancellation, I agree to pay full amount of fees and understand these fees must be paid in full before further appointments can be made.*
